Yaya he got duped to sign by my Jie Mei's' during the tekan session :) And you are so right. The moment he saw this in the cabinet, he said the same thing that I am displaying to remind him :P

This cabinet is from IKEA :) and is not expensive. Can't really remember but I think it's below $300.

The little furniture are okay :)
For the little table and 3 chairs, they cost $25
For the little pram, it costs $20
